Balancing to Grow
Balance is the key to us fully being able to live our best life. Becoming mindfully aware of everything we experience, think, feel, and do ALL require balance in order for us to grow in many desired areas of our lives. We become imbalanced when we allow negative external experiences and negative mental internal factors to consume and control us. Those negative external experiences can include the energies of others, triggering places, and stressful things. The negative mental internal factors can include talking ourselves into believing and feeling that we HAVE to deal with the energies of others, triggering places, and stressful things.

Doing so can cause us to become reactive vs. proactive with our actions, leading to experiencing major #fails in our life growth journey. Mental and emotional balance creates space and opportunity for us to be proactive by allowing our negative experiences to in fact enter our space, BUT! in a “how am I going to work through this” vs. “I can’t get through this” mindset. Life’s trials and tribulations are not meant to define and control us, they are meant for us to learn, conquer, grow from.
